Less than a 24-hour cancellation and/or No Show appointments

• Full amount is due for scheduled time and type of appointment.

Late Client  

• If there is an appointment following yours, your appointment will be shorter with full payment due for the scheduled time.
• If you have to leave on time, your appointment will be shorter with full payment due for the scheduled time.
• If there is no appointment after yours and there is time, your time can be made up on the other end with no additional fee.
• Exceptions and understanding are made for emergencies.

Late Practitioner

• If your appointment has to be shorter, there is a 20% discount.
• If there is not time for your appointment, your next one is free.
• Understanding is appreciated in cases of emergency.

Added Time

• If your practitioner adds time to your appointment by choice, there is no extra charge.
• If you ask for added time, you pay for additional time.
